Accepting Silence is an emotionally charged rock band from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The band formed in the Spring of 2003 with a solid line-up finalized in May of 2004. The band's style has always been difficult to pin down, even the band themselves can't really describe what type of music they play. The best music you've never heard is one way of looking at it; another is matured song-writing, rich melodies, entrenched through a maze of guitars, drums and heavy bass. Whichever way you look at it, for Accepting Silence, their well-crafted, melodic song writing has done one thing that some bands take years to craft.... their own unique sound.
